REFUND POLICY

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED THROUGH YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. IF YOU PAY ONLINE IT MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED. IF YOU PAY WITH CASH YOU MUST COME TO OUR OFFICE ON MONDAY-SATURDAY BETWEEN 12:30PM-2:30PM. YOU MUST BRING YOUR RECIEPT TO RECIEVE YOUR CASH REFUND AND YOU MUST SIGN THAT YOU RECIEVED YOUR REFUND.

From: Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island

By ferry:

• Take subway to South Ferry (Bowling Green or White Hall).
• Walk to South Ferry Terminal and take the ferry to Staten Island.
• Take the S40 bus to Richmond Terrace & Park Avenue.
• Walk a block to 68 Port Richmond Avenue.

OR

• Take S46 bus from South Ferry to Castleton & Port Richmond Avenue.

By car:

• Drive to Verrazano Bridge, then get off @ exit 9 (Clove Road)
• Drive all the way to Richmond Terrace
• Make a left on Richmond Terrace
• Drive up to the 2nd traffic light (Richmond Terrace & Port Richmond) then make a left turn.
• Our office is on the right hand side before the underpass.
  

FROM NEW JERSEY:

By car:

• Drive to Goethals/Outer Bridge towards Staten Island.
• Before toll keep to the right. After toll take Exit 1, make the 1st left and take the underpass.
• Drive straight to 3rd traffic light (South Avenue & Forest Ave) then make a left.
• Drive all the way to Richmond Terrace, make a right.
• Continue to the intersection of Richmond Terrace & Port Richmond Avenue, turn right.
• Our office is on the right hand side before the underpass.
